Experience True Country Pub Charm

 We had a lovely lunch here. The welcome was first class and the new decor was a great improvement on the pub under previous management. But it was the food which stood out . My father has a generous and tasty plate of fish and chips, my wife had a Cesars Salad w ith chicken, and I had homemade steak pie which was delicious. The vegetables were fres h and well cooked. It's a relatively limited menu but that means everything is freshly prepa red. The contrast with my last visit which was before the new owners was remarkable. We  shall definitely be back!
